Mike’s background in sales began in retail, selling clothing to selling motor homes, fifth wheels and RV accessories. His superior work ethics helped grow and increase revenue to each company he found himself working with. His negotiation skills increased his value with management by increasing sales and revenue. He knew that selling was not just about the products you are selling. He learned the importance of relationship selling. His goal-setting principles have shot him into a national arena speaking to share his relationship and discipline strategies to large audiences.

During his sales career, he achieved the highest sales competition awards. As a territory manager he represented over 600 manufacturers. He has consulted for companies such as Mrs. Bairds Bread, Coors, Coca Cola, Alcon Laboratories, Bell Helicopter and Pilgrims Pride, and Verizon.

Throughout his sales career he was involved with health, fitness and personal training. He participated in drug-free bodybuilding competitions on the local and national level. Mike has been doing personal training since 1998 motivating people to reach specific goals and change their lifestyles to a more productive and healthy way of living. He found that the same principles that made him successful through physical fitness allowed him to achieve goals in business that had not been achieved previously. Holding multiple certifications, he works with clients that are competitors, fitness enthusiasts. He is involved with rehabilitation programs, and special geriatric programs to benefit a full range of clients that cross all levels of ages and experience levels.

Mike’s focus and discipline in sales techniques, relationship building, coupled with his fitness training expertise in the corporate world, allow him to network and speak to people of all levels in the business arena.

Currently in the process of publishing three books, Mike is taking his fitness training and sales strategies to new levels of corporate training to teach others how to be more fit and successful in life and business.

Mike is an authority on leadership, goal setting disciplines, sales strategies and corporate physical fitness. He has a proven record for helping organizations effectively set strategies. He guides organizations in developing winning strategies and preparing effective training programs for their managers.
